its really not that bad I have absolutely no problem with it and in most games you only need to wait a few seconds for the server to fill up. If it bugs you that much I would just look away until the game starts.

I don't see the problem here, I usually vote for what most people want (as long as its not hardcore or 3x health f*** that) and its a nice way of knowing exactly that. Besides the spam has never gotten to the point where I think it should be stopped. it also makes choosing the right kit easier...
