    Help, please!

    When I tried to install the "older" version it would not full load & the download installer would freeze. Then I did it without the installer & we were able to play regular minecraft once, everyother time I tried to open the icon or any of the minecraft icons the download installer would start...

    My son wants to play eggwars & I have no idea what I'm doing! Bought Minecraft, for PC & have the Windows 10 edition. there is no option to change IP address in multiplayer. Is it something else that we are supposed to purchase
