Would a mod that automatically switches to a pickaxe when you are mining stone, an axe when you are mining wood and a sword when you are fighting players be allowed?

I have a question about what mods are allowed and weather a mod which I found would be allowed or not and I am asking here because the website says "If you are unsure if a mod is allowed, ask a member of staff before using it. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid excuse for violating them."
