Just to keep you guys updated I STILLE haven't gotten a respond from ANY form of staff, I just think that they should put more time AND money in there customer service and if they don't know how to do that then I would be happy to give them some business advice since I have a lot of business...
Just saying that I feel bad for what I said and I have already said sorry multiple times and respect the mute I just don't agree for it to be a perm mute.

The message I send to get muted was labeled as a Threat even though it was not meant to be a threat it was just dark humor and the guy I was saying it to was even saying this to me and my friends at first.
My ban appeal was just denied and they are not letting me send another one THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABEL not only are they not letting me explain what happened their also just believing the person that reported me
I've just been perm muted for apparently Threats even though there where no threats at all, CubeCraft are breaking their own rules and that is not ok. they are abusing there power and are just banning and muting people they don't like
