Yes, buying sand is the only option for this, so making a farm like the cocoa bean farm will help you tons. Build the farm, harvest the cocoa beans, sell the cocoa beans, and buy the sand with the coins from that.

LOL I know the feeling. I've eliminated myself far to many times, so having the egg and being able to respawn is very nice.

Yes Ocelots come with a spawner unlocked at the Jungle island. They are used for one or two of the quests, and can be tamed as cats.

We ended up building a 6 by 6 tree farm (36 trees each harvest) and would only get like two to three apples each time. It took us probably 10 hours in total to complete it. Glad you got it done (relatively) quickly!

I agree, Id like to see TD in Bedrock, as I love the game and play it a lot on Java, but mostly I play on the bedrock server.

A lot of people choose to rush immediately, in order to get other peoples eggs out early, and gain the advantage of having an egg to get the win. Its a lot about playing styles. Some people chose to rush, some chose to build. Everyone plays differently.
