The penguin one needs to be toned down. 30 seconds is a long time. 10 seconds would be pushing it but acceptable.

I would say make a schedule and keep to it so you're consistent but you're ot overwhelming your audience with videos. So for example have days where you post (like Tuesdays or something) and upload at the same time every week or have a period of time between every upload (like two days between)...
