CubeCraft is quite strict when it comes to staff applications since like you said it is a big server and another thing is that moderation for such a big server is tedious work so they dont just add new staff even if they meet the requirements. My understanding on what you said with that date is...

I can agree that tank is such a nuisance when playing bridges since it increases your hitbox which can be annoying when you are rushing. So i would suggest instead of getting the tank "upgrade" immediately if you completed a task it should be an item instead that you can interact like the care...
