I'm afraid this is something I cannot help you with, the only thing that would help you is emailing sales@cubecraft.net to figure out what happened, and try to work towards a solution. I am sorry if that's not the answer that you want to hear, but from my perspective its the only option open to you.

It sounds like it was a charge-back, due to this you were most likely banned, the only thing I can tell you is email sales@cubecraft.net for these types of problems

To be banned for that period of time means that you have been banned multiple times, that should have been enough "warnings" for you to know it was wrong, however this is just my opinion, since your appeal was denied there is nothing I can do for you.
