Okay I'm gonna be straight. There are no perks to help people from getting cleaned. Exclude the present perks (quick heal , aggressive mode etc.) because they are only in chances. I don't like this. And I'm sure many others don't either. My suggestions- 1. Perk that (always) gives you...
