co-op

Hi, I created a skyblock in "profile" solo alone which I have progressed well. I would like to invite my friend on it. is there a way to invite him ?

I was on the Savannah island before my coop decided to kick me out and I put in a good 2 days play time into that file but it's gone now could anyone be nice enough to let me join there coop? Preferably Savannah island or people just starting hills.
