I understand there are tons of people applying for Helper Rank every day, and for that reason the Staff who reveiw each form can't personally message every single applicant telling them that their application failed. They simply don't have the time. I get that.
But it doesn't seem fair that...
tengo dos enviándoles mensajes a soporte de cube. y no me responden por un problema que tengo con mi cuenta y nada. alguien puede decirle a un admin que leea este mensaje de verdad se lo agradecería mucho. que me digan por que no responden o donde tengo que comunicarme.
