frost wand

whenever i try to buy the wand it doesnt show up.Do i need to have the spirit amount ready or what? (im playing java)

I've lost my forst wand because my inventory was full when I bought it and it's not in my mailbox or enderchest (also, please add more storage) and also I can't access my main forums account so my ign is buggedbeatle998 thanks
