    How do i get to the nether?

    Can i just go unlock it if i have everything or do i have to wait for a quest and if i do how do i get the quest?

    Basically I was playing Team UHC with a bunch of people, and I go into the nether using @CommunistCactus 's nether portal, after @hgbf went in it. I went back through the portal and I spawned... yeah...
