relic hunt

So, here's one spot where getting relic is not possible, cause it's under the blocks.

First of all, I am sorry if this is in the wrong place, I couldnt find where to put it anywhere else. I would just like to know, Can you complete relic hunt activity and if so is there a reward? No one answered when i asked in chat. Please reply!
