Builds A New Map!

Hey, guys! I just finished my Wild West hide and seek map, and Rubik was kind enough to add it to the roster of real hide and seek maps! I consider this a great achievement and I wanna prove my building skills yet again. :D I'll be working on a new map in the creative server themed after the canals of Venice. I've layed out the groundwork so far, and I plan to work on it in the upcoming weeks. I'll be posting my progress right here! >:3
(Not sure if it's gonna be hide and seek or paintball. I love both those minigames though :D)

I used to think for ages that Venice didn't have bridges... now I know. I hate myself for not knowing, what.

Quick little update. Worked on the map for a few hours this morning, added some houses and worked on the central island. Not really happy with it. Gonna go another direction and work on it over the weekend.

Did some more work on it today. Sorted out the hider and seeker spawns, as well as the waiting room before the seeker is selected. The 5 blocks in the player lobby are what I have planned as the hider's blocks: Bookcase, wood planks, crafting table, piston, and stone brick.

Added a few new buildings to eat up the empty space, a new tunnel near the bridge, and a construction site for some variety.

Some screenshots of my nearly finished map. I hesitate to say it 100% done due to the small gap between the large yellow house and the wagon. I may just leave it empty so there can be some breathing room. If anyone has suggestions, let me know.

Well in Roman mythology there is a black house in Venice which is the house of Triptolemus (a roman god of farming) and it is said to be the only black house in all of Venice
As you can see i am a real big mythology geek and would be grateful for something from that to be included in the server

Well if I can find a good place for it, I will :3 It's just Venice-themed, so that kinda just means canals and gondolas :P
