So, I don't know how many people are aware of this thing. But you can follow-unfollow spam someone, and every time you follow the person, it gives them a new notification.
But:

It's quite bad.
So I suggest clearing this whole thing and making a rule that says that sort of spam is not allowed.
It's obvious that you shouldn't be allowed to leave with an auto-clicker on for 10 minutes giving someone 6k notifications.
But I still suggest making it very clear. Even doing it for a little fun.

Thanks for the idea.

On topic: I didn't even know this existed.
Ofcourse this should be punished.
Even doing it for a little fun.
However, about this. When it isn't that spammy, but still annoying, maybe you should warn them first. To make clear you're serious. I mean you can be pulling a leg with your friends and afterwards you'll get banned. Anyways, great find. I 100% support this upcoming rule.

It didn't happen to me this time. I don't really mind when it happens tho. But it's apperently bad for the computer this all gets runned on.
So yeah.

I just think that if something like this would really begin to form a problem, they should get bots to automatically lock the users that are doing it out of their profile for, like, 30 minutes

30 minutes? 6k notifications in 10 minutes. That's already caused problems..
I don't wanna know what will happen after 30m

I agree, that’s really annoying and they should make a rule.
Or just fix so if you unfollow someone, you have to wait 10-30 mins before you can follow them again.
That’s a great solution :)

Definitely yes.

However, this thread should have been created in the Staff Feedback forum.

I know it isn't quite staff feedback but bringing public attention to the rule will only cause other people to break it. Mentioning it to staff in a private forum would allow them to add it onto the rules list and not bring major public attention towards it.

deep inside my mind...
It could technically be considered under the trolling rule imo. "3.13 - Trolling on the forums is not allowed. Taking an action with the sole purpose of annoying, upsetting, or bullying another forums user is strictly prohibited. This could be by what you post, your username, signature etc."

@Azalea Blödhgarm and I are friends and thus I wasn't trying to annoy, upset or bully them in any way and I'm sure the same is true for them. It was all under good fun

I was walking down the street tonight, NO COSTUME, just me, my green sweater, and my brown dog. And someone gasps and says "Yooo it's Shaggy and Scooby Doo!" wild.
We used rainbow jelly… turns out it works on players too. 🌈
