Alternative to reporting players who are hacking, or breaking server rules?

We are all stuck there, we go into a game, kill a few people, but then, all the sudden people are accusing someone for hacks, maybe because no knockback hacks, aimbot, e.t.c, but nobody usually has video evidence on their report, I mean, who wants to stop mid game just to download some quick recording software, and take even longer, then bye the time you get back, the hacker has dominated, and you find yourself sitting back in the lobby, with no evidence on your hands, and no way to report that hacker without evidence. We have all been in this situation, sometimes, on both sides, maybe feeling helpless as a player, or feeling powerful as a hacker, knowing that those peasants can't do a thing, except the off chance that you might actually be recording.

So, what do we do? I think it wouldn't be terribly hard to maybe add a vote kick system to these games, there must be tons of plugins for that kind of thing, and, by adding a votekick system, reports without video evidence, would most likely cut back, reducing incomplete reports, that admins check to make sure that they have some sort of viable evidence. By adding a vote kick system, there would be a vote based upon a certain amount of players, not to much, but not too little, we could start with 10 votes to kick someone, but, to subsitute for some games, the number could be raised by majority, or even donor votes, however, to battle troll kicks, their would also be a vote for not kicking the player, it would be very obvious to whether a person was being troll kicked for hacks when, the majority does not explain hacks, as well as lessening in the actions of the player, additionally, there couldn't be that many troll kicks, as it requires a majortiy vote, and there is little chance you will end up with 10 allying players for the sole purpose of trolling one person!

No, people will abuse this often, ending up doing this vote kick thing to someone who is "dominating" the game, but not hacking.

I. will. get. kicked. every. single. game.
Why?

I am very good at most games and because people say "BuildBuild25 is dominating" I'll be kicked instead of them actually giving a failed report.

A group of people can abuse this. I don't want to be kicked out if a game because said group does not like my skin or something like that. Also how would a explanation work, would you have to write 3-5 sentebces to explain why? If its not checked by a person someone could just as well put this as their explanation "I like potatoes. Potatoes can be made into french fries. Potatoes are awesome."

As stated above a group of people will be able to abuse this. I am part of the OrbitNetwork (A friend group), if we had 5 of our members, and went into a game. And saw someone was dominating and breaking everyone's egg, we could easily kick that player. (Not saying that we actually are)

Sorry, -1 for me, but thanks for suggesting!

No. This would be abused in alot of different ways. Here's the solution: Record. Every. Single. Game. You. Play. Catched alot of hackers that way.

I believe shadowplay could also be an option, I haven't tried it though...

The players shouldn't be able to kick without proof.
This is a phoney suggestion so I am not making a suggestion thread on it but what would happen if we added a votekick ability that costs $ 5 and gets removed if you falsely kick someone...
Just throwing this out as it may inspire others to come up with a good suggestion.
