Assassins NoNaturalRegen in shops

The ultimate way to prevent shop camping natural regen is disabled within the shop areas. This is just the most annoying thing to me in assassins D:

He basically want to disable natural health regeneration from food (excluding golden apples and potions) to reduce the amount of campers there are in the shops on Assassins.
