I have someone in my game claiming they are admin threating to ban me becuase im using bad tiger even though it says its allowed just to clear stuff up is it allowed.

If they really claim to be an admin while they aren't you can report them for Impersonating here if you're on Bedrock and here if you're on Java!
There is nothing to worry about, you won't get banned if you don't break the rules :)

If he is impersonating a staff member take proof of it and submit a report here on the cubecraft report site.
