Bedrock and Java VIP level

For vip xp you should have to get kills or wins in a vip modifier to level up unblock more vip in deferent games

There is no VIP experience on Java and it should not be added. The entire donator system on Java works different and the VIP levels are designed for the way Bedrock works. It won't really add anything to Java.

On java VIP level doesn't exist :)
