This isn’t supposed to happen, although it rarely can because of others who managed to obtain it before you!
My tips for preventing this from happening again:
Make sure that the item is one of the first things you get
Go for a line without the item (if not full house)
Wait until the others leave
Don’t give up!

This is not happening rarely because a lot of players have got the same issue. But yes you are right. But how can he Wait for the other teams/players to leave If they already optained it?

Anyway, I’m not sure but this is a known bug, and the devs are working on it. If you are sure you can’t find it, you can leave, because you are spending alot of time in it, when you can’t find it.

As said its a known bug. best thing to do is to keep on searching! Nothing is impossible! There has to be some way of getting it

If this ever happens again, please report it on the bugs website here: https://reports.cubecraft.net/report Please indicate the name of the 'unattainable item' and a /whereami stat.

As for us being aware of this issue, we are not.
