Almost a year and a month from now, I made this post:

Disclamer: When I use the word "noob" or something like that, I mean that they are inexperienced or not as good as experienced or skilled players. Nothing I say is supposed to be offensive. Plus, I just want to say the word "noob" because it is a short word to type. I am not trying to compare anyone to me or anyone else on this thread. Anything like hate, warnings, bans, etc. was not intended on this post.
My bad experiences (the main thing)
I am just sick of playing with arrogant people and noobs. I cannot play like this. They gain the failure of the team and we eventually lose unless we get lucky. A lot of noobs I try to talk to never respond when I try giving them tips (f.e. spam clicking will decrease damage, look at the line below the crosshair and wait for it to fill up and then attack) or ask them to do something (f.e. removing this tower). Sometimes I try to get their attention, I don't consider this to be rude but I may say something like "name of player can you read?" and if they do respond I just ask them to do this or give them tips. But remember, this is only for attention and I don't keep nagging on them over it whether they respond to me or not.
Arrogant people (another thing)
Arrogant people never listen and think they are better than the other players at the game but clearly they aren't and causing our team to fail.
My good experience with noobs
However, sometimes when I get a noob to chat with me (if they speak a different language then I use something like google translate to talk to them but it is a little challenging for me), they listen to my tips and ask them to do this to make it better and they are actually following along. Then they learn to be a good player and then life is kind of better for me and them. My best experience is when someone joined the TD lobby for the first time (I assume) and asked how to play the game, I was more than happy to help and took right now and taught him how to play.
Votekick "Abusing"
Okay yes, I have heard that votekick was heavily "abused" but when votekick was around, I played the game pretty much non-stop and never seen any abuse. I have only seen votekicks against noobs and arrogant people. Even if it were abused, why not report the player(s) that are abusing it?
When I was a noob
Disclamer: I am not comparing myself to others, I am just saying what my experience with me and my sisters was like when we were noobs on the passage below. I understand that people have different experiences when they are new and they learn differently. Anything like hate, warnings, bans, etc. was not intended on this post.
I was a noob along fellow sisters (living in the same house as me), we were the quickest learners I have ever seen in Tower Defense without anyone else's help. We were seeing what each tower did and actually put them in even places to ensure we don't mess up and surprisingly after giant fighting and the wither, we won our first game we have ever played (The first game we played, we won along with our first win). Although we still did learn about stuff in future games but we knew what to do almost after that first game. I believe I started playing during the late 2015's.
What do you guys think? Let me know by replying to this post and/or vote what you think in the poll.
