{BUG} Can't Upgrade mobs

Hi everyone, there has been a problem with a couple people where we can't purchase mob upgrades even if we have enough experience. For example, I could have 10,000 experience and not be able to buy a 1,500 exp upgrade for the giant. Is there a prerequisite to using the upgrades?

That is very strange, I don't have this problem. But getting 10000 EXP is quite challenging, are you confusing it with coins? If not, then I have no idea. I never upgraded my giants (I think they are bad in the new update), but upgrading the other mobs is just fine for me.

Looks like you want to unlock directly the lvl V upgrade?

Try clicking the green square or the most left orange one first. You need to do all the previous upgrades first, before you can do the lvl V upgrade.

At least iirc. I dont play that much TD anymore x-)

Exactly what hyena3000 said, you can't buy upgrades in red. Green = already bought, Orange = available for purchase and Red = Insufficient funds.

When you click an orange square it will buy all previous upgrades before it. That means that yes, you have more than 750 EXP but not enough to buy all the upgrades at once.

This isn't a bug by the way.
To get the final upgrade, you must pay for the other one's as well, so you would be paying for the ones before, with the purchase of the final upgrade.

I think your misunderstanding the upgrade system, its the price of all the squares combined not just the one your cursor is on. So the level V upgrade isn't just 750 EXP, its 750 + the combined price of all the squares before it.
