I've been playing Build Wars and I really love the game
However, there is one element, which I dislike:
If you vote on other builds, you already see the name of the creator
This could lead to prejudices
If they make it so that you see the name of the creator after voting, it would fix a lot of problems:
- Mods/Admins wont have any advantages. When people see that the build is made by a staff member, they tend to vote better on the build
- I was in a game and there was a guy telling that he had ALS and that he wanted people to take it easy and vote good on his build. Some people actually voted good on his (terrible) build (It was not even the theme...), just because he said he was sick. It doesnt matter whether that guy was sick or not; He did have an advantage. This could also be fixed by not showing the creator before voting
- If you play with your friends, you will, ofcourse, vote better for your friends. So they, again, have an advantage and so do you.
So in my opinion, the game would become better if they added this thing.
What do you think? :)
