Can Cubecraft Staff improve your internet connection quality?

I am a player in HongKong when i'm playing on Cubecraft ,that is so lag even i have a 5Mbps internet connection.
When i try to do a ping test and a packet loss test then *!

1000 packets transmitted, 699 packets received, 30.1% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 284.881/299.876/312.414/5.011 ms
(using command sudo ping -f -s 500 -c 1000 play.cubecraft.net on mac)

When i try to do the same thing to other minecraft server such as minepl**,hypix**
Then they only get about 3% packet loss so what is going on?
Can anyone anwser me?
I only want to get a better internet connecting to Cubecraft:(:(:(:(:(

Cubecraft is hosted in europe. Hypixel and mineplex are hosted in america.

The distance between the server and your computer is to long i guess.

Your connection depends on your location and the server, if your australian lag will be incredibly normal, however im not sure about southern asia, cubecraft never has problems normally with lag so it might be you

This would be because of the distance between you and the host of the server. For example: I always have 3-4 bars on cubecraft and perfect ping on hipikel.

Same here, I am come from Hong Kong too!
My friend have a 1000Mbps connetion and he have 4 bars on CubeCraft.
But for me, I have a 100Mps connetion. I only have 3 bars on it (about 280ms).

I don't think that command will give you a good representation of your connection quality. I live in Germany and have a pretty good connection to cube. This is what I get when running your command:

I'm guessing that either Cubecraft's firewal or some router in the way drops your packets because they're coming too fast. Your round-trip time is surprisingly high though, no idea why.

CubeCraft network hosts in Europe, I really think it's your own internet connection. It's not an issue of Cube.

CubeCraft is more specifically hosted in the United Kingdom, this is why many players from outside the servers country (example; Netherlands, USA, Spain, Australia) come across internet related issues. The only thing that you can do is get better internet if you can or if you CubeCraft host more servers in other countries which wont happen anytime soon because it's a very expensive process.

Well if your in HongKong WHAT ARE YOU DOING PLAYING CUBECRAFT GO CATCH FARFETCH'D ONLY IN ASIA!!! (I had too sorry the only think i can suggest you is if you use a vpn like a different ip that is closer to europe that might get you like 20-30 Mbps) Also if you use a mod called optifine that could help with the lag reduce but wont help with the Mbps Hope this helped and catch a farfetch'd thats a Really Rare pokemon.

I also Play Cubecraft far away from the UK, This DOES happen to me sometimes, yes.... It can get really annoying sometimes, but maybe you can refresh mine craft,see the ping and restart your computer? Sometimes, I also find bluetooth making minecraft more laggier so I usually switch it off before it play mine craft
