I have absolutly no idea about phones, so I have no idea what to do.
I was going to school, and it was raining.
My phone was in my pocket but still got wet, when I was at school it still worked. A hour later, it didn't.
I didn't turn on and didn't give any light.
When I came home the first thing I did was put try to chrage it.
It still didn't work
Then I put it in some rice and it still didn't work.
I tired charging it again, it didn't work.
It does give a notification light (blue) and a charger light (red)

while booting try to force stop the system holding home and power for a long time,
or
Try getting in the bios recovery mode
(The bios is needed if you want to go back to factory mode if nothing works)

You can try to put your mobile phone in a little bin of rice for a few days. (Like you did, but you could try it for a second time). The rice should pull the moisure away from your telephone, and it shoud be fixed.

If you put it in rice you need it to stay in there for 48 - 72 hours. I have an iPhone 7 that I have cracked 2 times, dropped in a river once, and dropped in the sink twice. Every time I just put it in a bag of rice for 3-4 days and I was fine! Best of luck. Always sucks to lose an expensive price of equipment.

Yes but I can't wait that long. I have school the next day and I'm already a loser sitting alone on my phone now I'm a loser sitting alone without a phone writing in a book.
