I suppose every name is debatable, all depends on the severity of the name I guess. But, nothing much can be done about it, unless a parent would like to message us about how they aren't comfortable with their child playing with someone named QueerF***er then I suppose not much will be done.

well minecraft is making it able soon so u can change your name so thats when yall need to ban them

You can just implement a tiny mod that causes their name to be replaced with a censored one when the data is sent to other users (for example, their name in chat could be [D-----------]:
