On bedrock the same issue occurs if you either crouch (which you arent) or if you are holding down or constantly tapping space, so mb that will help if you are doing any of those things

This is a bug that happens alot, if it happens you need to press shift a few times and then you can jump normal on slime blocks again.

This is most likely an anti cheat issue. If there is a way to recreate this then please report it as a bug!

I totally agree, but its hard to fix something if you dont know what causes the problem
