Console to state the Rules

Ok. I'm getting really annoyed with the fact that the rules are not displayed ANYWHERE within the server. There isn't even a /rules command! Because of this, I've seen countless people being banned, because they advertised etc. But maybe they thought it was allowed? Since there's "no rules". I want the rules to be more clear!

Maybe, when someone advertises, it changes the IP to play.cubecraftgames.net? (Kuzeys idea)
