Cooldown system

Almost every game I play TD, people leave and thats so annoying.
So my idea is that there should be a coodown system, when you leave you'll get a cooldown for 10 minutes and the next game you leave within (for example) 24 hours the cooldown will be higher. (you can't play TD when you have cooldown).
This prevents people from leaving and creates fair fights.

Yeah this can be really annoying, it's a good idea too! Alternatively the team with less members are given a boosted income or reduced cooldowns, a percentage for each player left. However this would need to be balanced carefully otherwise they would be given an advantage.
