Coding Custom Plugins for free

Hey all.
This is my first post on this forum.

I want to build my portfolio for (future) coding jobs so i thought, "Why wont i create a free plugin 'shop' ". At first i wanted to post this thread on the popular minecraft forums called Spigot, but then i saw some people here asking for plugins, and most members here dont use spigot, so thats why i posted it here, to give people on here a chance to get free custom plugins. Lets get to the request part:

* Plugin Name
Just the name of your plugin, for example "Fancy Plugin"

* What does the plugin do
Please give a fully detailed description of what you want in your plugin, i really need every detail to make it like how you want it

* Optional Config file
What do you want to configure, like messages, custom settings etcetc, you get the point right?

Yes, there are limits for the free plugins, i wont create whole new minigames, that would just take too much time to make it for free, so im sorry for that. Also keep in mind, im just a guy who likes to code plugins, im not a magician, dont expect me to do impossible things.

What does it do: Just a friend system. Like to add, accept, remove a friend. If possible a GUI of your friends.

Oh, and is it possible if it's across BungeeCord so all servers with BungeeCord?

Plugin Name: CustomEnchant Success/Destroy

What does it do: Like a Add on to a custom enchantment plugin i use http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/custom-enchantments/ what i want this plugin to do is to add books which people can create using config or command and then they have to add different enchantments and levels for enchantments for that type of book and when this is all ready you will be able to get this book via command and right click it to get one of those enchantments which is in the list that you made in the config with a random level which was also listed by the person and you will be given a random success and destroy rate from a randomiser so i have a chance of getting a 76% success rate and a 36% destroy rate when i try and apply this to a specific item.

in config i like it to be optional that we can create and name books for different rarity's with colour for names and to be able to add enchantments and levels to a list in config under the book you created.

By the way, its a bungeecord plugin. Dont know if I'm going to add the GUI, maybe later. I dont know yet, but i've started on the plugin :)

Plugin name_ Thirst
The plugin make you need to drink water from bottles or buckets. If you haven't got enough water you start having nausea and 1 minute later you die xD

a plugin for in your hub with parkour that tests if you are falling more than like 2 blocks, and then teleports back to the begin of the parour.
you start on a presureplate and you end on a presureplate, you cant leave the arena when you are parkouring.
and maby a GUI on the end with difternt things and you can pick one and then you will be teleported back to the begin.
