This is a sarcastic suggestion thread suggesting to add more about hackers and also addresses falsely banned players. This thread is a remake of 2 of my threads on this forum (original thread is from the Mineplex forum). I also am aware that actually playing, winning, and being good will NEVER become an offense. This thread is NOT a "report." I have NEVER cheated in-game and never will. Actual suggestion and advice are in the "TL;DR" section at the very bottom.
For reference, here are the old threads that will be remade into this thread:

Without further ado, let's begin.
Background information
Lately we have so many hackers but not as many compared to months ago (before the revised punishment system came out). A lot of people accuse others of hacking when they really aren't. Some of these falsely accused have also been banned for "hacking."
Given that there's so many out there, there's definitely an implied rule many are not aware about: it's bannable to play games, win games, and to be skilled in PvP. Why? Because a skilled player is almost as good as a hacker, right? A skilled player who lands hits consistently is assumed to have kill aura, meaning everyone is a hacker!
Here are a few examples showing why winning, playing, and being skilled are all considered server violations:
Here, I won the game and was accused of hacking. Therefore, I'm breaking the rules by winning, being caught for "hacking," and being a skilled player. You can see here that I "admit" to using a hacked client (actually never cheated, never will) because I'm using the Optifine mod; even a donor caught me using "hacks"! It so happens that any client is considered a hacked client (e.g. the standard MC client, optifine, etc).
You're familiar with the usual after you win a game and/or kill a lot of people in PvP. The others end up:
-Calling you a hacker
-Reporting you
-Giving you a lot of hate
-Rude remarks
-Screaming in caps
Given the implication above that any hack is a mod, that some mods are unapproved, and that players have been banned for modding, you can't do much at this point. What do you do? Appeal? Want to lie and get out with some chances? I'm sure you do! It's easy as 1-2-3 to get unbanned!
The best solution: many solutions below
You hate losing to hackers? Hate it and you impulsively get salty on those good players or hackers? Then this is for you!
1. Make winning a bannable offense.
-At least a certain number of players have to support a vote ban against a player. If the majority want the player out, the player gets banned for 30 minutes on first offense. Repeating offenses give a 1 hour ban.
-Automated ban system against winners.
-Report the winner and the winner gets a ban!
-That's right. Win a team game and the entire team gets a ban for winning after the game ends. After all, we'll be glad that the "cheaters" got banned!
2. Make playing games and being skilled at the game become bannable offenses.
-Why the good PvPers? Because if they get accused of hacking so much, then they have to be hacking, right? Makes sense to give them a ban since we don't want hackers!
-Make this implied rule become explicit. If there's rules against hacking and teaming and players have been accused of "hacking," then why not?
-Automatically ban any winners or any good PvPers (anyone who gets a good killstreak in games or FFA PvP) for 30 minutes on the first offense. Second and after give 1 hour bans (never permanent). Hey, we will get glad that the hackers got kicked out of the server!
-Team game? Have one hacker on the team? Think everyone is a hacker? No worries! If the team is really good at PvP or wins, the entire team gets a ban for hacking with the same ban times as above! We'll all be glad that the hackers got kicked out!
TL;DR or bottom line (actual suggestion is italicized below)
STOP complaining about losing. Accept the loss and don't rage. Don't call people hackers when they're not and don't threaten them. If you suspect someone is hacking, test them a few times and try not to tell them you are. When you have enough proof, report and if you're sure they're actually hacking, then hackusation is okay. Otherwise, don't make yourself look bad from false hackusation or toxicity.
Don't appeal if you're rightfully banned or muted for your offenses. Only appeal if it's false. Therefore, we need a more strict appeal system where only false mutes or bans can be negotiated. That is, if a player has proof he wasn't cheating, he can appeal. If a player actually hacked and then wanted to "apologize," then his "appeal" would get denied regardless due to lack of counter-evidence.
Also, if you look at Kronos (off-topic, I know), he wasn't hacking because he missed a few hits. Sound was also off, making it hard to hear his attack frequency. Maybe have sound as a requirement in the evidence since max. range kill aura makes noise when prematurely hitting entities.
