The only thing you could do is just wait, they'll reply and answer your bug report. I haven't seen it before.
yeah one of my friends also did get this bug and he got a perm ban untill he start a conversation with staff but yeah.

That really sucks if it is how he got banned, hopefully the mods will unban him :o
Pretty sure that's a chunk error either client-side or server-side (Can't know since it's just an ss), but I have never had this happen to me.
I've known it to happen, they're aware of the bug. And it will probably not be fixed soon as the bug rarely happens and no one really knows how to recreate it. Your best bet would be to take /whereami and post it in staff help so that the mods can forward it to the developers who can then look at the game logs and perhaps find the problem
