Hey, so I suggested something, and I added a poll with two possible responses: yes/no. Then some people gave feedback. I decided to edit the thread, but I couldn’t edit the responses. So right now there are 3 suggestions on that thread, but the answers are yes/no :/ I know I can add more possible responses, but I would like to be able to edit all the possible responses.
But there’s a problem: if a 90% of the people voted “no”, I can edit it so the response is “yes”. Solution: if I edit the responses, the votes will be removed and the poll will reset.

I don't like the idea of being able to edit polls and existing options. People have voted on it for a reason, and editing the choice they went for doesn't really make sense to me. You're basically able to manipulate votes that way, making polls even less meaningful.

instead of this you can do:
When you edit a poll 75% of the people need to agree this change.
So if i change my poll from:
yes 1 person
no 10 person
to:
no 1 person
yes 10 person
75% of all the votes need to agree with this change
Seems incredibly messy to be honest.

https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/cooldown.205436/#post-970933 In this thread there are 3 suggestions. But in the poll there are two options: yes/no. It doesn’t make sense, but it’s too late. I can’t edit the poll.
If the poll resets, maybe the users who voted can recieve an alert: “This poll has been reseted”, so they can vote again.

Well you know I posted my suggestion HERE (no advertising at all) which would let you know I'm a huge fan of editing threads, polls and everything you post. I believe you should edit it all when making a spelling mistake or anything like that. The only problem though is exactly what gainfullterror mentioned, so that's why it would be a bit abused by members.

Do you have a better idea then? I'm just trying to come up with some things .
Well It wasn't my intention to sound rude *cries* But I just meant here that staff is already dealing with a lot of spam, and this wouldn't really help. You could add a cooldown to prevent the poll getting changed like 300 times per hour.
