I think that there should be a rule that if the person is staying at an island (preferably with a bow) and making no effort whatsoever to move elsewhere and fight, even after you clearly warning them and you moving elsewhere so that they have a fair chance to come, then they should be punished appropriately (punishment for camping). The current rule is that they can only be classified as camping if there is no current way to get to their island. The problem with this is, the person in question who is camping would only have to not break their bridge in order to avoid punishment. If they are doing the first sentence regardless of whether they had a bridge or not, they should be punished. (I do not mean to disrespect the staff who made the rules; I am simply giving my suggestion).
