Should this be added? (I don't see a reason why not)

So after playing Eggwars for about a year now, I've noticed that upgrading gens can be a bit of a hassle when you're in a hurry.

My suggestion is:
To add a function where you can upgrade a generator by sneak-right clicking the generator, similar to upgrading a tower in tower defense.

It's kind of a thing to make you less lazy, but I typically like to not waste time, so this would make upgrading more time-efficient.

Whenever you sneak-right click to upgrade, you get a message in chat saying "Generator Has Been Upgraded!"
An optional feature would be to list the items it took when you upgraded the generator with the sneak function.

EDIT: This has also previously been suggested by @iLoveYouu here: https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/upgrading-generators-eggwars.100191/

Hmm. I like the idea! Or, maybe just the option to upgrade the diamond generator to level 4? 64 diamonds It'll cost. Also, it'll generate a diamond half as slow as tier 3 diamond gens give diamonds. But, great idea :)

Yeah I'm not sure how, but in the past I've accidently automatically upgrade an iron gen, still not sure how, I haven't been able to discover how I did it, because I didn't bother with it much since its been about a year now since that has happened

I honestly like the idea but it would get a little unbalanced if we could Shift Click it.As QuackoNumerUno said you have to pay attention to your surroundings. The tier 4 diamond gen idea though.....Might still be up for discussion. How about 40 diamonds to upgrade it?

I've suggested this before, @Tacosbefriends said it would be added in the next EggWars update, but I haven't seen or heard anything about it after he said that.
Didn't know it was suggested previously.... Well then again I'm pretty sure everything has been suggested at least once nowadays. (there's like 8000 pages of suggestions I believe)

This is a nice idea! but, you're supposed to be aware of your sorroundings, so I'm against it.
Considering my surroundings have never player a roll when upgrading a generator, I don't think it will impact it.
The few seconds that you use to fix a diamond gen to level 3 won't allow a player to make a (Realistic) game changing move.

This thread is about upgrading the gen, as I said above: The tier 4 diamond gen has nothing to do with this thread and can be suggested separately. (I don't want the thread to become messy discussing two different topics)

Would be cool to have this. This is how the gen upgrading would work in my idea I had for vanilla eggwars with cmd blocks
Coding plugins would probably make it WAY easier!

Maybe the quick upgrade will cost a bit more than the slower (Not really in my opinion but whatever) upgrade. For example, iron upgrade from level 1 to 2 is 20 iron. Maybe the quick upgrade could cost 30?

Nope... Else no-one would do it.
It's the reason the suggestion for buying a whole armor set at once was denied, the extra costs for a bit more time.

Say you're in a hurry, dudes at your base, and you need that quick iron boost. It'll be easier to do, but not OP. If it costs the same to do both, no one would ever do it the slow way, the way it's supposed to be done. I don't personally agree with this idea, but I'm trying to find a way that it could still work.

I don't know.. I feel as if it would cause a lot of confusion, I mean it doesn't take long to upgrade a gen anyways. Unless both ways still work and it's just an added feature, It would be cool if that was the case :)
