I don't agree, just imagine a team is going to destroy your egg, they kill you, and you want to defend, but... YOU CAN'T HIT THEM and they destroy your egg...
Think of it like this:
You're the only one left without an egg and you have to go to the camping team (Team C)
You (Team A) have to bridge with walls slowly but surely 4 times since they keep suicide bombing the bridge when near finished.
You FINALLY after 30 minutes get to their island, where you face a 3v1.
You kill ALL 3 of them and then you try to go to the egg. You have obsidian and everything but the people manage to screw up your placement so you only have sandstone left.
One of the 3 has the egg cracker kit which makes sandstone useless for eggs.
They keep coming back, again and again, until your armor breaks and 1 starts to gear up a bit. Then they end up killing you because they got to respawn so damn much.
How is this fair at all in the attackers position?
If you're the one defending, You have an unfair advantage even after losing to the person.
If you and your team dies, you should be punished for it at least a bit.
Because these grace periods are so out of the world broken that an Alex with no skill can beat an average player with respawning over and over again.
