When you're in a party with friends and there's just 1 random guy in your tome you can easily vote him out, this is unfair and can be used for trolling.. I don't agree with your idea.
Why is vote-kick such a populair suggestion? Atleast, that's what I see. Anyways, why would you wanna vote-kick people? Just play solo Eggwars if you're getting rid of your teammates and wanna play alone. Or rather play with friends.

You can make a party with someone you want to play with. Kicking someone from your team, because he/she is bad or selfish is just awful.

There are games when I am (unfortunately) put in a team who are in a big party (usually they are rushers) who get really mad when I "don't share the diamonds" despite me being the best player on their team and eventually end up winning them the game anyway.
A votekick may be useful when there are people who start the game off by sitting on the iron gens and AFKing for a good few minutes, but there are better things cubecraft can do to counter this, such as making iron gens at base level 2 in all the big maps with plenty of players.

if i want to play my favourite map (under the sea) with my friend i have 1 other random teammate, that teammate is often really selfish; he/she stands on the iron gen for a few minutes in the start of the game then once me or my friend have upgraded the diamond gen he/she will just stand on it until he/she has everything he/she needs. if we tell him/her to maybe give us some loot also, he/she doesn't listen. he/she just saves up stacks upon stacks of diamonds without giving us anything. then when he/she dies (probably in the void) he/she goes right back to the diamond gen to save up the same amount he/she had last time, when we only have like 10 diamonds. then when we get pushed we need to kill the attackers while he/she is just standing on the diamond gen. so yes i can invite people to my party, but then i can't play some of my favourite maps because of these people. (and by bad i mean that if you get killed, he/she gets mad and sometimes say awful things to you, i dont mean bad like noob or anything, those are the best teammates because you can teach them how to play and you will feel like a god)

Just find someone you trust on the network and ask them to join your party. Then you can play under the sea.
1) Players will abuse this.
2) I totally agree with Stiness. Players will votekick their teammates if they are bad or selfish. That shouldn't be possible.
3) It is unnecessary, there is no need to add votekick (my opinion).

What % of the team has to vote if they want to kick someone?
Let’s say it’s 50%, because it is a fair number.
In a team of 6, 3 players will need to vote if they want to kick a player.
In a team of 4, 2 players will need to vote if they want to kick a player.
In a team of 2 this means instant kick, which is completely broken.
It is a nice idea, as long as it doesn’t get implemented on maps with 2 players in a team.

You want to kick the noobs? No we have to teach them! Me and a friend are sometimes carrying new players and its nice if you get a kind message like " Tysm ". A noob will be constantly kicked out of games. Sorry I do not agree with you im sorry.
I understand ur thoughts behind this suggestion. It's hard to deal with a player that isn;'t very skilled or just being selfish. But if there was a possibility to vote kick people it will be abused defenitly. For example there is a very skilled person in the game everyone is gonna vote kick him.
