As an obsidian rank I am constantly frustrated when a gold rank out votes me. I Payed over 100 dollars more so obviously I should have some weight.

On other severs, Different Ranks Have different voting weights for example:

Staff, YouTubers and Obsidian ranks: Voting weight of 4;
Emerald: voting weight of 3
Diamond: Weight of 2
Gold: Weight of 1

Just a thought, No Need for hostility just seeing what people think! :D

Also should Ranked Players be allowed to vote in the lobby?

Somebody made the same thread 1-2 hours ago, so I already gave my opinion there, but I'll repeat it:

"It's not really fair to get advantage by the higher your rank is. If Cube would do that, the only ranks we would see are obsidian ranks, because you know you get the most advantage. It supports the server a lot, but I think the people will stay as a stone, because they think it is not worth it to buy a rank of more than $100, just to get vote advantage. I really like it the way it is now, so everybody is the same, only higher ranks get more tools and gadgets. The only thing they do need to add / fix is that once you've voted, you can't vote anymore, because now you can vote multiple times, just to troll people, so you start with OP, and 1 second before the game starts you vote for Basic, kinda broken in my opinion. But now my post looks like a bug report. Anyway, a no for me, sorry."

The votes are just based on luck.

Example:
Obisdian guy votes for Basic items.
Gold guy votes for Normal items.

So basically is there 50% chance to get Basic items and 50% chance to get Normal items. It doesn't matter which rank you are, it's just based on pure luck.

Yes I think this is a good idea but you havent take into account lapis because the can vote for health on eggwars. Great idea I have the same problem with a emerald rank.

It wouldn't take away their voting rights it would just give more incentive to get a higher rank and also give the Higher ranks something for what they paid for.

I completely agree, but I would say that for voting it should be which ever gets the most amount of votes overall giving higher ranked players a chance to vote 2 times. Something like that. I personally don't have a rank on here, but it would be the best way to go in my opinion. Something similar to hypixel's skywars voting.
