Java Enderman kit needs a buff

(This kit gives you: full set of leather armor, 20 end blocks and one enderpearl every 3 minutes)

The enderman kit used to be a good kit until it was nerfed and here's why:
- Leather armor doesn't offer any advantages or help at all, since you're almost guaranteed to find a full set of armor inside spawn chests
- End blocks (20) are useless as well, since you get more than a stack of wood or stone from your island anyway

The whole point of the kit and the only useful item is (or should be), then, the enderpearl. And it used to be useful an year ago, when you'd get one enderpearl during the first 1-2 minutes. BUT some months ago the kit was nerfed, and currently you get the first enderpearl 3 minutes into the game.

The reason why I find it useless is because in 3 minutes the game usually has ended (depending on the map).
The point of this kit is the enderpearl. Therefore, it doesn't make sense that you get it sooo incredibly late, when you no longer need it.

This is what I would change:
- Add protection I to the leather armor set, so it's useful at least in basic chests
- Add 10 chorus fruit to the kit
- The first enderpearl should be received 1 minute into the game, so you have a chance to use it

In my opinion this kit need a buff, but not this.

-Should they reduce the time you get the Ender Pearl? Yes, now it's 3 minutes, I think you should turn it down 30 seconds or 45.
- the 20 end Stone no need changue
-in 1.8 chorus fruit no exist
-armor proteccion I are usless in op and strong in basic

This kit just needs to change the time you get the Ender Pearl.

Hey,
I like your idea with the chorus fruit but it eventually won't work for 1.8 although, I think there should be made changes just like you said with the armor for instance.

My idea would be:

- Feather falling on the boots

-increasing cool down for example
1st enderpearl ~1m into the game
2nd enderpearl ~2m 30s into the game
3rd enderpearl ~ 4m 30s into the game
4th enderpearl ~6m 30s into the game
Just to prevent people from being able to pearl away everytime you come close to them.

-10 chorus fruit (just like you said. Maybe it should be a "1.9+ only change")

(In my opinion the blocks you get are useless)

I would like to see some changes soon :)

I agree that the kit needs a buff, but with your buffs, the enderman kit would be too overpowered. I suggest just a change with the enderpearls, no changes with blocks, armor, ect.

I think this would be enough:

- Enderpearl after 2 minutes
- Enderpearl after 4 minutes
- Enderpearl after 6 minutes
- Enderpearl after 8 minutes

Ja maar de meeste moet je leren gebruiken, maar bij Enderkit gaat dat moeilijk als de game letterlijk teneinde is als je één enderpearl hebt :3

Honestly all kits are useless except for the ones that give you things you most likely will never find in a game (or at least not much of it).
These include farmer (fire aspect weapon), red stone master or however it’s called, and enderman. But it seems like the nerf they did some time ago completely ruined the kit.
I agree with reducing the ender pearl timer, as for the rest, chorus fruit don’t really give you an advantage at all. And prot I isn’t much so I don’t see how it would help improve the kit.

The kit was nerfed because it was too op, getting you to mid before anyone could build there, especially in team games in which games tend to last longer.

An end game advantage
The ender pearl kit fits nicely as a kit that offers a nice end game advantage. Have you ever been surprised by someone enderpearling to you directly and killing you when you least suspect it, or tried the kit in basic? Sure, you get all you need out of the chests, it's the same deal with spiderman and noobly.
A leather chestplate is better than not having a chestplate at all.

The main advantage in this kit is the enderpearl you get later in the game.

A specialised kit dependant on the maps design.
I don't see a problem with this kit yet since I haven't fully played it on all maps yet, I agree that the 3 minutes is a little long for a few of the fast paced solo skywars maps (ancient, bamboo, paris, canyon, field...), but in that case go for a kit that suites that map better.
I personally chose enderman for the larger maps (sport, dust, rainbow) where fights happen one on one and aren't massive brawls of cleanups and knock offs (field, glass, sundae...). I mostly chose the kit in team skywars where games last longer and giving your team mate an enderpearl can make all the difference.

My opinion
For now, my opinion is set that this is a balanced kit and if there are changes to be made, it would be in the direction of making this kit more specialised, to increase the choices and variation in gameplay.
For example, having 8 obsidian instead of 20 endstone could completly change how this kit is used early game...

The kit was nerfed because it was too op, getting you to mid before anyone could build there, especially in team games in which games tend to last longer.

You can easily fix this by giving the ender pearl a 30-60 second delay. This means that you will receive the ender pearl instantly , but you won't be able to use it in the first 30-60 seconds (depending on the amount of delay). Servers like Hypixel have this too, and it works out perfectly. Having an enderpearl early game does have some pros:
- When someone is bowspamming, causing you're unable to go to the middle, you could ender pearl to the middle.
- When you're already at middle and there are some campers bow spamming you, you could easily ender pearl to them.
- When you have your first fight of the game, most of the time at mid, and the enemy knockes you off the map, then you could save yourself.
Right now 25% of the games have already ended after 3 minutes, and in the other cases there would maybe be like 4 people left. Which means you won't have ender pearls mid-game, which could be annoying in some situations.
