Inactive Friend cant join my skyblock

My friend and i have had this skyblock co-op profile for 3 years now. We logged on to play today but when my friend entered skyblock he was put in his solo profile. He didnt find the co-op profile that we play on. I could see that he was still in the co-op profile but he couldnt. I tried removing him and adding him back but he wasnt recieving the invites that i send. What do i do?

Hello,

Are you sure that they are on the right account that you are inviting? This sounds like they might be on a different account, which is why they can't see the profile in their menu and not seeing your invites. If this is not the case, can you please provide a video of the issue, providing both your usernames.
