Gamemode Suggestions

is there a way that developers can make a new gamemode? i have a few suggestions below:

skyblock
there are tons of kids and adults who are willing to play a game organized around doing nothing but build islands and talk trash. of course you would have to monitor the skyblock but it would be extremely popular since skyblock has been dying on other servers.

prison
a prison server would allow people to mine things and enjoy doing nothing but mine. prison servers have been dying, but some have been rapidly increasing in size.this game mode would help out the server by bringing in money and bringing in people.

acid islands
acid islands is island survival in a sea of acid. extremely popular and can be added easily into this server.

Skyblock:

Although it would be fun, cubecraft is a minigame server. Skyblock isn't exactly a minigame, as you save your progress and continue at several different intervals. It's essentially vanilla survival on an extremely tiny island. If you added PVP into it and made it a lot shorter, it could be a new skywars type.

Prison:

Honestly, I do not believe this game would be popular simply because of a number of games Cubecraft has. What I mean by that is well, let me put it this way. I (and I imagine many others) would rather play fast-paced minigames than... A game where you mine... and mine... and mine... and mine... I mean, if they want a game where they can happily mine all day with friends, they could just set up a LAN server or an hamachi server and play vanilla Minecraft, that has a ton of mining in it. As for generating money, I'm not sure how mining over and over could generate money on its own Maybe if it had different features.

Acid Islands:

Well, the new island game was announced to come out in four days in the actual island games lobby in four days before your post, so it more than likely won't get added anytime soon. As for actual gameplay, ugh, could you elaborate what it is because it sounds fun and exciting, but despite you saying it is popular I have no idea what the hell it is.


Overall I give this suggestion a -1. Don't get me wrong, the games are good, but they aren't exactly games for a mini-game server, so maybe on a different server. Well accept Acid Islands whatever that is, but I don't know because I have no idea what it is. Either way that's only 1/3 so it's going to have to be a -1.

1) Cubecraft should consider creating a separate server for playing vanilla gamemodes
2) Look at number 1; also, prison servers can have pvp implemented into them

Ugh... you kids are giving me headaches...: Just because I have criticised your content doesn't mean you have to be rude (If you weren't trying to be rude, sorry).
1) They could do that, I don't have a problem with it.
2) Then specify it would have PVP.
3) Ok then :D

Cubecraft is a minigame server . So what?

Thats precisely why we should have games like sjyblock , factions , prison , survival and more . Just because cube has minigames doesnt mean it cant have different types of games

In my opinion, We did have a factions server in the past I believe if I am not mistaken but there were little players online, It might work out for cube now but I am going to stay neutral with the Factions, as for skyblock I would love to see that implemented as I am personal fan of skyblock and maybe have some OP skyblock too. And Prison with plot worlds would be an amazing addition too and I believe it will attract more attention. +1 from me, good luck on your suggestion and have a wonderful day :)

Prison isn't a game mode we are currently considering, however, we always keep an open mind so you never know!
Haven't heard of the acid game mode before - seems pretty cool but with the release of Island Games all the devs are full steam ahead on other projects at the moment!

Factions had a fair amount of players,I enjoyed the chaos.Skyblock was popular to.Also adding more non pvp based gamemodes like prison and what not could have potential but in order for prisons to be interesting the game itself must get good quality content and not be like those other prison servers.

I agree It should also be made to have a unique Cubecraft copy that is not just a poor copy of skyblock or prison but with Cubes hard work and unique twists, they could probably come up with a good way to implement it with Originality.

The CubeCraft style is community-oriented gamemodes, the exact opposite of what the games being released now are. Creative is completely ruined, and any other games have significant exploits.

acid islands is bukkit but you should check it out. totally a unique game mode and a unique playing experience which is massive among users of MC.
