Have you checked your internet connection recently? This problem is often caused by a poor connection to the server due to slow WiFi which is why I recommend you try an online speed test. If your internet is stable, I advise you to try an older version of Minecraft and if that doesn't work, you can always report it as a bug here.

I also think that it is you're wifi, I also got that when I had bad wifi.

It's problem of your connection

It could be WiFi, but if your WiFi was fine, it was most likely you lagged out. As in example, if you ignite so much tnt on a server that the server crashes, or that your PC cant handle it, you would time out. So it could of been either. How often do you time out?
