Thats wierd. For me it takes them minutes to handle reports. I guess it just depends of the time of when your reporting. Before: reports would get handled within hours, if not minutes.
Now: takes more than 24 hours to handle reports.
So... has there been a large increase of reports? If so, I assume it's due to the hacker problem?

Maybe he reported people for swearing in dutch or spanish. Those are handled out of order afaik. That's impossible.
Reports are dealt with based on old to new. So the older ones are at the top of the list and the newer ones at the bottom. Unless you're talking about a couple of months ago when they were quite quick with them.
I have reports from the 18th yet to be actioned. I'm guessing that staff are just struggling with the amount they receive.

Just wondering how many successful reports you all have placed in. Ive put in 12 reports so far, 8 of them 'handled' with punishment, 2 closed due to multiple reports on same player, and 2 currently open. I have only been recording the past month, so never reported before then.
It seems to take 1-2 days for my reports to get handled/closed. I may not be checking that often, so some may have been handled quickly without me knowing about it. Maybe add an automatic email message when the report get closed to notify the creator of the report?
Also do you all put your hacker videos on public, or unlisted?
What would happen, if, say, there's a person who is both hacking and swearing. One person reports the swearing offense, and the other reports the hacking offense, and the swearing offense gets handled first. According to what you just said, the report of the hacking offense would get deleted, so staff would never know he hacked. Therefore, he would get muted, but not banned.• If someone else has created a report prior to yours, and that report is accepted, the system wipes all existing reports of that player that are currently open.
I'm not sure about reports that result in a mute, but if someone gets reported for teaming and later for hacking, the report for hacking will get closed and the person only receives a one day ban. At least that's how it worked a few weeks ago. What would happen, if, say, there's a person who is both hacking and swearing. Would that happen?
It never took me that long.Well, in the old days it took about a week - month for a report to get done, unless you kept bumping and tagging staff on it.
It was horrible. I remember compiling huge lists of reports and pm'ing them to mods becuse tagging new mods everyday in 50 report threads was too much work. And reports did get ignored forever if you didn't actively got a mod to handle it.It never took me that long.
For me and most people it did.It never took me that long.

But right now it's the worst it has been for a few weeks I think, I have 18 open reports, some of them 4 days old. And no report of mine has been answered for 3 days.
Wouldn't the anti-cheat just stop suspicious movement, such as bunny hopping or flying? Idk if there's a way that it will detect kill aura or hack clients specifically... I feel like since it's just kicking, a lot of the hackers could mellow their hacks so they could still play. What CC needs is more staff...Do you guys think that the reports would get handled faster once the anti cheat gets finished?
