I got that you were banned and the ban appeals were denied but halothe23 said she could play again and then I'm guessing that she says at the end she bought diamond rank and wants to play again so please help her

By the way, ban appeals do take time to decide on whether the player shall or shall not be unbanned, If you've only recently posted a ban appeal it may take up to a few days or even a week.

Well the only thing else I can think of is you might need a better excuse.

Appeals do take a quite a while to be answered and takes patience. You might've not followed the correct template required for staff to make the decision to unban you or not.

There is more than one staff which would be capable of doing this, it would be better to rely on mods and admins for things like this as owners spend a lot of time on other things such as plugins and maintenance of the server
All you can do is wait for a reply and use the correct ban appeal format as said

Yeah, they say they refused their own appeal and after every comment about turning down their own appeal they mention halothe23, idk why though
