i need help chatting with my team and chatting in global i know what to put before i say the message but i always tells me cannot send message EX: !hi then tells me cannot send chat message

sending a global message in the lobby I'm sad to tell is impossible DiamondDimples. Sending a message like '!Hi' is not possible.
