Helper Help #2

Ok, so since I know for a fact now that my Helper appeal has been denied (it has not been answered in over 3 weeks) I can finally make this thread. I do not know what Helper Rank actually does, and would like some concrete information for somebody who knows for certain, and is not just guessing/assuming. I know that it was an extremely foolish and unjustified move, applying for Helper, without even knowing what Helper does. I thought that I would just get a general idea if I got it/on the TeamSpeak interview if I got it. That is obviously a bad idea. However, I could not find anywhere that actually says what Helper Rank does. On both Mac's and Cheez' posts about Helper, just have tips and other bits of information, but not any information about what Helper actually does. I can't find anything else about that, and I really think that it should be added. Anyway, a few questions:

1) What does Helper Rank do? What are the responsibilities, power and other about Helper Rank?
2) When will the applications reset? How often do they reset?
3) Is there an age limit? For builder you have to be 13 or above, is this the case with Helper? I am 11.

I'm pretty sure you just need to read the tips and application to find these answers as well :)

There isn't anything about what Helper does on both Mac's and Cheez' posts.

Play our games and interact with the community, while looking out for any rule breakers. Monitor the forums for good suggestions, bug reports etc and be social. "
Sometimes you need to read the threads a couple times to get everything :P I believe helpers can only kick players in game but I may be wrong. On the forums they can lock move threads. ♡ someone's already tagged buuudy and he should be able to tell you any other perks I don't know about :P

2. They reset pretty much once a month historically but it maybe a bit longer this year.

Hello @iggleboz. I'll try to help you as much as I can!

1. Like the guy above me said, you're here to help players on the forum, on social media and in-game with whatever they need help with. Also, you'll have to monitor lobbies and look out for rule breakers players in the servers. Nothing much to add on that one.

2. I found this one sentence in Cheez's post:

Apply again in a month or so after really getting to know and love the community.

. I must assume that it gets reset every month or so aswell.

3. I don't think there is such things as an age limit. Though, they will look if you are mature enough to become a helper.
Builder's age limit is set by the head administrator of the building team, that is why it is set as 13.
That's my most helpful guess.

You are right, helpers can only kick players.

Helpers are required to moderate lobbies the way any normal player would, accept with a tag. Helper is basically a trial for moderator, meaning that you still do reports, etc.
Helper Powers include -
Flying in lobbies
Kicking players
Moderating (Basically - you do not get called for mini-modding, and players actually have a sense of awareness around you with the tag)
If you do well as a Helper, they will promote you to moderator, giving you the 'actual' powers - banning and muting.
