/helpstaff command

Just an idea but maby if someone needs help and as fast as possible, or he/she isn't a member on the website or member of the discord server, there is a command like /helpstaff and the see the thing and can help. Because with this command you can ask a question to a staff member, and they can help you easier (hopefully). But to damage spam there must be a cooldown till you are able to say something again. Maby a good suggestion? I don't know.

Just a big no to this idea , It would be insane for the staff members to keep an track on this chat. It will also annoy some staff members who're just trying to play for fun. It will just load their chat with spam. If they wanna ask a question they just need to contact the staff members via discord or the forums.

And it would go like this every single hour. There are just too much players to implement /helpstaff command, it's just not handy. Sorry, but I do not agree.

1. It will be abused by players who think they're really funny
2. Staff will get spammed which will prevent staff doing their jobs
3. All reasons why /report got removed years ago
4. There already is a staff-help on Discord (LINK)
