You could add a tail and make the legs a bit more 3D (Add some cubes to the legs, to create paws) to make it look better ;)

It looks nice for a first attempt. There are a lot of things that can be improved on:
The model looks really square and basic. By rotating blocks you can give it more 'curvy' parts and get the atonomy of the animal to look similar to real life.
Your model as it is right now won't be able to be animated. Mucho stuff I would explain, but can't be bothered. If want to know and/or get some tips, hit me up on discord: Yamin#7332

Ok I was just messing around with it and changed it to this, I'd say it's an improvement (minus the ears) but obviously these are stepping stones
