How is colour code/&k and &l spam?

&k is considered allowed, but not fully, as "&k dawddwadwadwadwdadwadwadadwadawdwadwadaawdwadwadwaawdawwad" would lag people on bad computers.
Because using &k inappropriately is causing lag for those with bad computers.
Casually using donator colors is one thing, but spamming them is another. There was a problem with muting yesterday, but it's fixed for me. Thread closed.
